A depression maniac is a person who complaints frequently of depression. The root cause of depression is stress and improper rest. Every individual has a different perception of sadness and joy. Also the duration for which a person feels depressed varies from person to person.

Many people find themselves affected by depression almost continuously for a long period of time and they can be referred to as the depression maniacs.

There are many symptoms, which indicate the presence of depression in a person’s life.

Another important indication of depression is lack of sleep. If a person finds that there has been a sudden change in the sleeping habit, and suffers from sleep related problems then he might get himself checked for being a case of depression.

Thus one can easily find out if one is affected from depression by checking out these symptoms. And in case a person feels low and sad for long period of time, he must get himself a professional guidance and get himself treated.

On the first hand one must implement a proper diet and must inculcate a good sleeping habit so as to keep the mind fresh and active. Secondly one must try to share the problems with others so as to remove any unnecessary burden. Following a proper exercise routine also helps a lot.
