Depression and anxiety are not same enough but at first glance they have a symmetrical structure. Like two sides of coin the depression always have correlation with anxiety. A depressed one feels lots of anxiety, lead to an anxiety attacks and the anxiety attack is having depressive action. Anxiety produces increment effect of depression.
The world of mental health care identifies depression and anxiety as a different disorder, but in the world of real people feelings, they face the both individuals as unique with their lethal effect combination. There are 60-70 % people in the world have the coexistence of both conditions and so one can say that the depression always have the anxiety. And also half of those with chronic anxiety also have clinically significant symptoms of depression.
In the psychological meaning Co-occurrences of anxiety and depression known as a comorbidity, which make the disorder more chronic and depressive, impairs normal functioning badly at work and in important relationships more, produce the sign of or thinking pattern of the suicide risk.
Depression brings emotional disturbances such as feeling of despair, solitariness and anger and anxieties with lots of other symptoms, where energy levels are very low, negative thinking patterns observed. Depressed people often loss interest or excitement to do their work and left day to day activities and personal relationships which are important to live. With anxiety, feeling of intense and panic fear, terror and or anxiety in normal conditions where normal person not express this type of feelings, would not get anxious or threatened. The sufferer may experience sudden panic or anxiety attacks without any acceptable cause, and often pass his life with a constant aching worries or fears. Without an useful treatment, both disorders can make mentally handicapped to work, maintain relationships, or even leave the joyful life.

In that the cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is a good therapy which gives response patterns centrally to both conditions. Other will be the exposure therapy which used with combination with former one.
Other techniques which are useful for the combination are like; relaxation methods to get relax by body and mind, which includes the meditation, pranayam, acupuncture, massages, baths, and any other one which produce calming effect on the mind and body. Regular exercise will also be helpful to reduce the symptoms of anxiety and negative effect of depression by moving your enough blood energy to mind. Balanced lifestyle always prevent a person to get depress, so start to achieve balance life with all aspects.
